Canadian Thanksgiving is on Monday, October 10, 2022. You may be making a list of ingredients to buy for your Thanksgiving dinner. A traditional / historical dinner with turkey or ham, brussel sprouts, yam, and mashed potatoes with gravy. Or you may go other ways with roast beef, salmon, Beyond Meat, or other meat substitutes. I like to think of Thanksgiving dinner being full of rich flavours. So wines with rich flavours, or dry sparkling wines, which go with just about anything would be good accompaniments. Here are a few wines that I’ve tasted this year that you may want to consider for your Thanksgiving dinner.
The BC wines may be easier to find at a private liquor store, or directly from the winery.
