Archipelago Beverage Company specializes in making sparkling wines.  I was lucky to meet one of the owners and winemakers, Chris Lawler, as he told me about a new vineyard that they have where they are making sparkling Chardonnay wine.  Listen in to my discussion with him at Taste Washington 2023.
