June 24, 2021 (Vancouver, BC) – On Friday, July 9, 2021, Burnaby’s Hart House Restaurant will host an al fresco dinner with wine pairings from Burrowing Owl Estate Winery. The event is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy world-class BC wines paired with complimentary cuisine in the beautiful natural surroundings of Hart House’s lakeside estate. (In the unlikely event of rain, guests be seated beneath protective tents.)

Burrowing Owl’s sustainably grown wines are a favourite of critics and consumers alike. The winery combines state-of-the-art winemaking technology with time-honoured traditions to craft bottles that perfectly express the South Okanagan terroir.

The wines poured at the July 9th dinner will include…
• Burrowing Owl Sauvignon Blanc
• Burrowing Owl Chardonnay
• Burrowing Owl Pinot Noir
• Burrowing Owl Cabernet Sauvignon
• Burrowing Owl Coruja (port-style)

The Hart House Restaurant Executive Chef will design a special menu for the evening, including canapés followed by four courses.
