Created through a collaboration between Provence Marinaside and Haywire Winery, this newly released, limited edition, Brut Nature Sparkling wine is all about purity, precision, and place. Crafted from 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay grown at Haywire’s organically farmed Garden Valley Ranch estate vineyard in the high-altitude Okanagan, the wine carries a subtle shade of pink in the glass. Bottled in 2021 and aged for five years on its lees, this zero dosage sparkler delivers an energized profile with electrified freshness, crisp acidity, clean lines, and layered autolytic character. Bone dry in style, it was designed with versatility in mind, equally at home beside freshly shucked oysters as it is brightening a weekend brunch mimosa. With only about 500 bottles produced, this is a focused and finely tuned sparkling wine that speaks clearly of both craftsmanship and terroir.

In a celebration of friendship, collaboration, and shared vision, Provence “We wanted the wine to be electric, bright with high acidity – something that would scream patio and oysters,” says Provence’s Wine Director, Joshua Carlson. “We plan on including it in our BC Mimosa Flight, as well as a celebratory sip for anniversaries and birthdays. It’s also the perfect accompaniment for a casual get together with friends – after work, on a weekend or with brunch. It will add sparkle to any occasion.”
The collaboration is rooted in a deep historical connection between the leadership teams of Provence Marinaside and Okanagan Crushpad / Haywire Winery. Leadership figures from both entities, including Christine Coletta and the Provence management team, have worked together for nearly 30 years. The decision to create a dedicated sparkling wine for Provence occurred naturally, born from shared values rather than a forced commercial directive.
