Let me tell you about these two very tasty wines.
My Tasting Notes
Mt. Boucherie Pinot Gris 2019 (BC $19.99) – A lighter, bright peachy colour in the glass. This wine has a medium intensity fresh nose with aromas mostly of stone fruit and lesser citrus, and a touch of floral. With decanting the aroma intensity gets a bit lighter. The wine is slightly off dry, with a round almost thick silky texture. Light bright red fruits, some candied fruits, crisp red apple flavours along with a touch of grapefruit and floral. The grapefruit and floral though fades in and out. No changes in flavours with decanting. It has a medium plus length finishing with tart red fruits, light pepperiness and a touch of residual sugar. Subtle tastiness.
