Pet-nat wines were quite plentiful at the Grand Tasting during Taste Washington this year. I really enjoyed the pet-nat wine from Walla Walla’s Foundry Vineyards, who created this new winery, Pét Project Wines, to solely produce organic, low-intervention, pet-nat wines.
