Who says Sauvignon Blanc is for summers only?
Very recently, I enjoyed a stellar Ontario SB with a delightful hubby-cooked dinner (Isn’t food so much tastier when you don’t cook it?)
Aside from the name, Cool Hand [Luke], there’s so much to talk about with this handsome Niagara wine.
I got notes of passionfruit, mango, grapefruit, white peaches, and a touch of flint, it honestly felt like a lighter version of a New Zealand Sauv Blanc – absolute perfection for Fall.
We enjoyed this one with Greek falafel wraps.
