Pacific Institute Of Culinary Arts Announces Holiday Dinner To-Go Menus

Do you enjoy Christmas, or other holiday, dinner, but would rather not cook it yourself?  Why not get the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts make your holiday dinner for you?  Their press release is below. 

I don’t see any wine listed, but consider BC wines.  A nice BC lightly oaked Chardonnay or juicy Merlot would fit the bill.  Or go all out and buy BC sparkling wine! This will likely sell out fast as their Thanksgiving offering sold out.

Vancouver, BC, November 22, 2021 – Blue Hat Bakery-Café at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is removing the hassle from the holidays and helping hosts spend more quality time with friends and family by offering Holiday Dinner To-Go Packages now available for pre-order and pickup on December 23 and 24 as well as delicious selection of traditional, seasonal-staple cakes and confections.
 
Available now for pre-order via the PICA website, the Holiday Dinner To-Go packages are $109 plus tax and features a ready-made feast with enough food for two or more hungry adults to share courtesy of a choice of mouth-watering main dishes (Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast or Star Anise and Red Wine-Braised Short Rib) with all the trimmings in addition to gourmet sides and two desserts.

In addition to the Holiday Dinners To-Go, seasonally inspired cakes and confections to tempt the sweet tooth are now available from Blue Hat’s talented culinary team that include Christmas Stollen ($26/loaf and $5/slice), Orange Chocolate-Dipped Shortbread ($12) and Caramel Popcorn ($9). Beginning Thursday, November 25, the bakery-café will also be offering handcrafted Christmas Yule Logs in Classic Chocolate, Almond Chocolate and Gingerbread Spice varieties for $35 each, as well as Chocolate Bark with Candied Hazelnut and Almond in both Milk and Dark varieties for $14.
 
Custom orders for cakes and pastries in addition to breakfasts, lunches or dinners for corporate holiday parties or client-appreciation events and private gatherings are also welcome with three days’ notice by emailing bluehatbakery@picachef.com.

HOW TO ORDER HOLIDAY DINNER TO-GO PACKAGES

Holiday Dinner To-Go pre-orders will be accepted until Friday, December 17 at 5:30 p.m. with specific pick-up times available Thursday, December 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday, December 24 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pickups will be available at the northeast entrance at 1505 West 2nd Avenue just off Anderson Street.  Complimentary parking is available in the adjacent building on 2nd Avenue.
 
Please note: Substitution requests will be politely declined and dietary restrictions unfortunately cannot be accommodated for Holiday Dinner To-Go menus. As limited quantities are available, pre-ordering well in advance of pickup dates is strongly recommended.
