Delicious Cocktails to Enjoy a Maple Moment this Fall Using Cabot Trail Maple Cream

Cabot Trail Maple Cream logoI’ve been enjoying Cabot Trail Maple Cream in my coffee during the Fall and Winter months the past few years.  But you can also use this to make creamy cocktails.  Below are a few recipes sent to me by Ungava Spirits.  Here is a link to the BC Liquor Stores if you would like to buy a bottle.

AUTUMN EMBER 

Ingredients

  • AUTUMN EMBER
    AUTUMN EMBER
    30 ml (1 oz.) Cabot Trail Maple Cream
  • 15 ml (½ oz.) Ungava Gin
  • 60 ml (2 oz.) sweet almond beverage
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 cinnamon stick

 

Preparation

  1. Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake vigorously for a few seconds.
  3. Pour into an old-fashioned glass.
  4. Light a cinnamon stick, extinguish the flame then place the smoking stick over the rim of the glass.

BOOZY BRUNCH

Ingredients

  • BOOZY BRUNCH
    BOOZY BRUNCH
    22 ml (3/4 oz.) Cabot Trail Maple Cream
  • 15 ml (½ oz.) vodka 
  • 45 ml (1 ½ oz.) chilled espresso
  • 45 ml (1 ½ oz.) 2% milk
  • 2.5 ml (½ teaspoon) garam masala
  • Coffee beans

 

Preparation

  1. Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes, except for the coffee beans.
  2. Shake vigorously for a few seconds.
  3. Strain into a cocktail coupe.
  4. Garnish with a few coffee beans and a pinch of garam masala.

GOURMET PISTACHIO

Ingrédients

  • GOURMET PISTACHIO
    GOURMET PISTACHIO
    30 ml (1 oz.) Cabot Trail Maple Cream
  • 15 ml (½ oz.) spiced rum
  • Pistachio ice cream
  • Fresh mint
  • Chocolate flakes
  • Fresh raspberries

 

Preparation

  1. Combine the maple cream and rum in a shaker.
  2. Add a scoop of ice cream and a few mint leaves.
  3. Shake vigorously for a few seconds.
  4. Place a second scoop of ice cream in a coupe.
  5. Strain the contents of the shaker into the coupe around the ice cream.
  6. Garnish with chocolate flakes, mint leaves, and a raspberry.
