strEATS is Opening a 5th Location in BC in Maple Ridge on January 10

With the snow you may be pining for warmer weather, or eating food that reminds you of warmer weather.  Do you enjoy casual Mexican food, poutine with a Mexican twist, pot pies, and more?  There is a new restaurant opening in Maple Ridge called strEATS (street Eats).  I did not notice any wine or beer in their beverage list, but I will check to see if it is available in person.  Here is their press release about their new restaurant location.

Vancouver,BC,January 4th 2022 –  With all the closure due to the pandemic it’s a great honor for a young chain to grow and help the Canadian economy move forward. On January 10th, they will be opening their 5th location in BC with a restaurant in Maple Ridge.

strEATS just made Complex Canadas” Top 30 new restaurants 2021” with their Red Deer location and is proving that being consistent and always offering the freshest ingredient has become an important factor for customers who visit each of their locations

We try our hardest to make every customer feel that they just walked into a local mom and pop restaurant, whilst still offering a consistent menu offering, cleanliness standards and customer service standards of a large franchising company. Here at strEATS we have realized that our target demographic doesn’t want to spend time at brightly lit, cold, sterile corporate restaurant, they would rather find an amazing atmosphere, with great food that they can sit down and hang out over some cold beers with their friends,”says Michael Klassen, Regional Manager

strEATS has 15 locations, 8 of which opened since the start of the pandemic; they are just getting started with 8 more confirmed locations to be opened in 2022. strEATS Restaurants is a truly unique concept as they focus heavily on community involvement, creating a local feel at each individual location while still maintaining the highest of standards across all locations.

Here at strEATS, we are rewriting the rulebook on what it means to be part of a franchise, and we think the best and biggest is yet to come with our brand. Stay tuned.

Make sure you check out their ongoing #streats4steets food raiser. As a customer, you can help us give back by donating $1.50, and in return, they will help feed someone in need by ensuring they do not go to bed hungry. They focus on this initiative every 4 months in a weeklong drive to raise as many donations as possible. After this, they head out to the streets and our local charity partners to deliver the goods

ABOUT strEATS:

strEATS pride themselves on using only the freshest ingredients. They cook almost everything in house and made to order. From slow cooking their beef and pork to cutting all necessary ingredients to make their famous Sauces and Salsas! This is anything but fast food… but our prices and swiftness in the kitchen say otherwise.

“Sustainability should be our middle name as nothing the customer touches from cups, napkins, take-out containers and even our forks are 100% compostable. We also pride ourselves in sourcing only the highest quality Fish for our fish Taco, that is why we have the Ocean Wise stamp of approval.”
