Sparkling wines are fun to enjoy on their own, but why not add sparkle to a cocktail? I received these three recipes using sparkling wines, two are BC wines, and one is Italian Prosecco, which you may enjoy.
Sparkling frosé |
Add the See Ya Later Ranch Sparkling Rosé, strawberries, sugar and lime juice to a blender. Top with ice, and blend until the ice is crushed and the strawberries are smooth. |
|
Blueberry Jam and Prosecco |
In a cocktail shaker, combine the jam, lemon juice, and vodka with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and then strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with Ruffino prosecco and garnish with the blueberries and thyme. |
|
Amalfi Spritz |
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add in the Aperol, lime juice and pineapple juice. Top with Bodacious Bubbles. Garnish with lime wheel. |
