Oh look, it’s after labour day and I’ve only been featuring white wines! Don’t mind me, I’m just here to break some rules!
Enter Henry of Pelham’s Classic Chardonnay 2020 and woweee, was this a delight for the senses (plus it’s less than $13 at the LCBO right now)
I got aromas of freshly baked banana bread, bruised apples and pears, candied walnuts and just a hint of fennel and on the palate, it was surprisingly fresh.
