360-degree photo spheres and videos are the next wave in education and entertainment. For most of my 360-degree photo spheres and videos, you just view them on your computer screen. My 360-degree videos are uploaded to share.360.tv or youtube. As you are watching the videos, try panning up/down/left/right. Maximize the video window for the best effect as it is high resolution. See what it looks like to be at a wine tasting. Below the videos are the 360-degree photo spheres, and then Google Cardboard images that I have created from various events.

Google Cardboard VR Images by MyWinePal
Google provides tools for creating and viewing 360 images (sometimes called VR images if shown in stereo), using Android and iOS phones, with their Google Cardboard app. Taking up this tool, I will post Google Cardboard VR images of various wine, food, and travel events I attend. In order to view the VR images in 3D you will need to purchase a VR headset (which can be quite inexpensive) where you can insert your Android or Google smart phone and download the free Google Cardboard app.
Check out this link to Google Cardboard and compatible headsets on Amazon.ca. The web links below connect you to the VR images.
